QuickText WA is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. WhatsApp and the WhatsApp logo are trademarks of WhatsApp Inc. The App uses WhatsApp's publicly available deep linking feature (wa.me) as documented by WhatsApp.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not use the App for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service when using the App to initiate conversations.
• Be responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact any phone number you enter.

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• WhatsApp will always be available or compatible with the App.
